I want to return my order

Once the order has reached its destination, you have the possibility to return it back.
Dresslux will refund your money back or exchange it for another item in the store, if not satisfied.
There are two possibilities:

1) If the order is defective or does not match, requested Dresslux then bear the cost of return shipping and shipping of the new order, if you change it for another.
2) If the size does not fit, or finally the order doesn´t  like, then you will have to send the item to Dresslux (you will find the adress, to send the item, in the return Sheet that is attached with the bag of the order). It is  convenient to send in certifique way for make sure that the item arrives to Dresslux.

Dresslux will refund your money back in 3-4 days after Dresslux recieved the item.For more information see Conditions of Sale.

My order is lost

If your order does not arrive, Dresslux refund your money back because of the lost order.

*in orders made before 15:00 p.m, the order will be dispatched the current day.
