How I can find products?

 Dresslux has a menu  where the user / customer can navigate to find the item he want. Now there are avaliable the following categories: dresses, tops, jackets, skirts, accessories and new products/recent products.

Selecting an item, you can access to the description of it, its composition and care and to see a drop-down sizes available with it. If a size the "No stock" that it is because it has run in that size, in general, stocks are not replenished. Dresslux is   adding new items to the store.  However,  when, in some ocation, the stock is replenished , the garment again appears on the website with availability in size.

We have a sizing guide to help customers choose the size you want to buy and in the  description is  indicated the size that  model Sears  into the picture, in order to help the customer in the selecting size process.

Do I need to create an account to purchase?

Yes. Registration is required to make a purchase. In the user registration process available to Dresslux the necessary data for the orders arrive safely at your destination. In this process it is important to  fill in the address and phone data correctly for sending the order. At the time of ordering, you may change this information, for example, if you want the shipping address of the garment is different to the address  previously indicated.

Is there a sizing guide?

Yes, Dresslux has a size guide tailored to each brand that helps you to select the size that best fits your body. Click on the dress you want to buy and you can access your size guide. In the description of the garment, it also indicates the size that brings the model into the picture.

Can you give me more information about the products?

The description of each dress includes most relevant information from it and some  photos in order to help you selecting your size. It includes the description, composition, color, size and model using the care required for a garment.

How I can subscribe to the newsletter Dresslux?

By registering as a new user the possibility to subscribe to our newsletters and our emails with news of the store. In this way you can keep up, both of our new products, the sales in our clothing and discount codes.

How I can pay?

Currently orders are charged by credit / debit card. At payment process is the bank card issuer that accepts or not the payment.

New! Now Dresslux accepts Paypal. This method of payment have a charge of 3 euros.

What currencies I can use?

All prices of clothing and the payment at Dresslux shop will be in euro as they appear on the website.

When will be shipped my order?

All shipments made until 15.00 pm pm will be shipped the same day. Please check Shipping cost and delivery times on the website.

Can I return my order?

Customer has a maximum period of 20 calendar days from receipt of order to return the item. The client must communicate through an email to info@dresslux.com his desire to return an order.

If the customer returns the item because the size does not fit or unwilling to end the pledge,the cliente will be responsible for sending the item back to Dresslux, it is appropriate to do so by certified mail to ensure arrival. After 4-3 days of receipt of the order by Dresslux, we will refund the full amount of the pledge. To send us the order to the address on the returns sheet that comes with your order, and paste it into your box or package.

If Dresslux has made an error in sending the garment  Dresslux will pay the cost of returning the item to Dresslux , and return the money and / or will send back the correct order.

The Money will be return to the cliente Orly if the item is the original condition that was befote sending it.

The amount of the refund shall be the price you paid for your product, whatever, that would have altered.

DISCOUNT GROUPON: No refunds on purchases made with Groupon coupon. The customer has six months to redeem the coupon at our store.

 What are discount codes?

Dresslux offers from time to time discount codes that can be applied to  new collections, all over the web in general or a particular type of item: dresses, jackets, etc. These discount codes are for the entire general public or for clients discharged from the website and is a percentage discount on an item or an order.

These codes may be announced on the website and Facebook or twitter, and explain its usage.
